I wish to add aftersales support

i know this will probably be custom work SUPPORT feelfree to give a cost!

what i want..

step 1
Customer request authoriatation to return 1/all items on an order.

Step 2
We autorise/decline the request, customer emailed with authoris/decine email, which if require will issue the returns code and addresses etc.

Step 3
When items are returned, we mark them as recieved, emailsent to customer to state goods received. we can also mark with a status ie 'received' 'pending refund' etc etc

Step 4

Action taken
We mark with one of 2 options 'refunded' or 'replacement sent'
the customer should get an email at this point stating that we have either refunded, or replaced




all emails should be template driven,and have the ability to have placeholders similar to the sales email so that we can include items such as the return codes, product details, return dates etc in them
