Please contact your web host to clarify that the read & write permissions are enabled on "images" folder? The issue indicates that incorrect permission is set in that folder.

Ensure to enable these permissions on both folders under "/httpdocs" and "/httpdocs/admin" directories.

Milito.

Hi Milito
On my live site i thought i had those set but i guess i didn't so i changed that. On my local host i think i had some corruption going on in IIS and since it was a long time i cleaned my PC i decided i reformat and start from fresh and that cured that problem as well. Thanks for the input.

I was getting the same error:
"Processing...SaveBinaryData error '800a0bbc'
D:\inetpub\vhosts\mysurplus.ca\httpdocs\images\single.gif:Write to file failed.
/admin/uploadclass.asp, line 905 "

I had installed a new directory for a custom template, which did not have permissions to the images folder. I also had to update permissions to the /admin/ folder as well. it still didn't work. I didn't realize that it was trying to write to the /images folder in the httpdocs/images folder and not the httpdocs/template/templatename/images folder. Once I updated these permissions it worked.

For information on updating permissions with VP-ASP hosting:
