I have noticed there is a shop$config.asp file in the config directory and there is 1 in the admin\config directory are they both supposed to be there and which one are we supposed to update to set the database settings for example ?

Hi Wil,

You need to update both whenever you make a change to your database or other settings.

The reasoning behind this is that the admin folder can now operate virtually independently of the main shop folder for security.
