I am using the FedEx real time shipping calculator. It works for most of the orders I test on the system. And it comes back with shipping options and costs. But for some combinations of products, it gives me the following error message.
An error occurred obtaining shipping rates 58660 Invalid dimensions for service type
If I change the quanties of the products in the cart, that sometimes makes it work, and I get shipping rates. Sometimes it also works if I just change the order of the products in the cart. I can have the same two products and quantities in the cart. It will work when one is first in the cart, but not when that one is second.
For the products, I have weights included in the information for shipping calculations. It doesn't seem to be related having too much in the cart, because it will work sometimes with a larger order. Anyone have some suggestions? |
