As far as I know VPASP does not offer any refund options.
So I was wondering if anyone knows a work around? What do you do on
daily bases if YOU have to do refunds or you can't fill the order?
The way I do it is:
1. Enter tracking note mentioning that the order has been refunded
2. Change ocancelled to "True"
3. Mark order as Processed (so it does not hang in the air)
4. Re-enter stock coming back
5. Refund the CC or PayPal
This takes me a good 5-10 minutes for one order. I was wondering if anyone else knows a better/more efficient/faster way of doing the same thing?
