I am having probelms with the USPS realtime addon. I have registered with USPS from their home page and gotten a userid and password. However I am getting the following error when the cart attemtps to pull the rates.
Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.
I know that the userid and password are correct.
Perhaps I did not register with USPS correctly?
I'm not sure what else to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hgardner

What does the API registration do? I have been registered with USPS and using them for awhile for internet postage, but my problem with the Realtime was simply the rates it brought back. They were totally wrong, for example I did a test sending a 5 ounce item to the same zip code I live in, and priority mail should be $3.85. It came up as $10.35 or something like that! First class postage wasn't even given as an option, which is something that I do for very low weight items to save the customer money. Has this been a problem for anyone else? I can't use it unless there is a way to make it accurate.
