Hello,
When I try to connect to UPS via XML, I get the following error:
UPS rates failed with the following message
1100 The requested service is invalid from the selected origin.

I think I need the XML key which I got, but where do I put this key.
I am assuming it is in shopupsreal.asp, but I don't know where.

Can anyone help?

Ok, solved the problem. It had nothing to do with the UPS key, the problem was that the customer country was set to USA and it needs to be US - that is the UPS country code for the United States

You will need to install XML 4.0 onto the webserver machine or the version you are using (XML2,XML3):

and in upsrealconfig.asp change Const Interface=”XML4” or to the one you are using.

You can utilize the asptear and dynuhttp components
Const xCommInterface= "ASPTEAR" and
Const xCommInterface= "DYNUHTTP"
