Problem - importing / updating categories using categoryid does not update the entire record contents. It appears to only update the catdescription, the other fields remain as before the update.

How do you get bulk import to update ALL the fields of the category records?

I had a similar issue but resolved it by bulk exporting the categories to a tab delimited text file,

I then made the changes I needed and imported the categories back into vpasp. It resolved the problem for me. Hopefully will do the same for you.
