Hi Elisa,
This would actually require custom coding as the ask a question feature was not included in the tabs option.
Thanks Cam

It has been done, look at this link http://www.touchusa.org/shopping/ I would really like to see this feature as standard in VP-ASP Service Pack 1. If you sell information-intensive products this feature is a must. VP-ASP 7.0 is a blessing for all of us starting to learn ASP and CSS. / Fred

Hi All,
This was a customization we carried out for touchusa.org.
If you are interested in getting in touch with us we can arrange to package this up as a module available for purchase.
We have discussed this with Randall from TouchUSA who has agreed to the redistribution of this custom code as a paid module.
Feel free to get in touch with us at http://creativechaos.com.au/contactus.htm if you are interested.
Cheers,
Michael Dunkley Creative Chaos http://www.creativechaos.com.au |

Creative Chaos ROCKS as a zippy-customizing company for VPASP. Michael did a superb job, was creative with his suggestions to improve my wish list, and turned the work around in nothing flat. And his pricing was very, very competitive!
I've got a lot of other ideas I'll pay Michael to create in v.7 and redistribute as low-cost paid modules! Stay tuned :) |

I had created several tabs that were in the product template file so that I could rename them and change them as needed, and now it is a sub. Is there a way to do this differently?
We sell products that have descriptions, very detailed descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, etc. that are helpful to have separated. I did a CSS-based tabbed page here: http://maxamlabs.com/shopexd.asp?id=59
Can this be done in 7.00 without a ton of work? |
