Hi, I keep receiving the error "The include file 'shop$db.asp' was not found" in the admin module, for example on the shopa_addcategory.asp page. Does the admin directory have its own copy of this file, or should the reference be to the file in the main directory? Thanks in advance.

yes; it shouldn't be including shop$db.asp, it should be using admin$db.asp instead (that's what my copy of shopa_addcategory.asp for v7 is using), v7 has a totally different admin structure as all the admin screens are now in a separate folder.
It sounds like you've got a mixture of v7 and pre-v7 files, but you need to have only v7 files (especially for admin) and then check/re-apply any previous customisations to the new files using the new structure/logic.
From our side, we're currently going through our addon modules to restructure things and we'll make a forum posting when things are ready for our addons for v7.
In the meantime, for our addons, we've got a holding-page explaining the latest status: http://www.bigyellowzone.com/support/issue_view.asp?ID=1540
