some of the settings (like the username/pwd if relevant) are in shop$config.asp
the others are all in the site-setup tab in vpasp admin
do a search in setup in admin for:
%mail%
and you'll probably get all the relevant options in one go on the database-side.
it's also worth commenting out this line in shopmail.asp:
on error resume next
as that'll then show mail errors when you send, but remember to uncomment it again when you're finished as orders shouldn't fail just due to invalid email addresses etc.
