Can anyone tell me how to start the order id at a specific order number?

VPASP offers an 'Order Number Start' tool in their downloads section at:

http://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/vpaspcustomer.htm#addons

This tool will 'seed' the orderid up to the point where you want it to start.
