Hello everyone,

I bought the fedex RT add on and installed on my website. It shows only 2 rates if domestic, instead of all available rates, and does not show any rates at all if its international. Anyone know how to solve this issue? I have my config file setup properly with the meter and account number. I don't know where the problem could be ...

Hi,

Do you perhaps still have the Fedex gateway in test mode?

Check your fedexrtconfig.asp file and make sure that you have const xtesting="No"
