Keep getting 'Your name cannot be located' everytime i try to log in as a customer.

All patches in place, i have logged out as admin, tried it on a different computer, 4 differnt computers mind you. I must be missing something here, any information would be helpful!

Hi there

Can you please log into the admin and check if there are multiple records with the same login details. If so the log in will return this error.

Also check for spaces in your data as this can cause issues.
