I want to be able to add a few extra fields to my dynamic titles, manaufacturer names and a short description, how do I add extra fields to the dynamic title?

We've got a help topic which tells you all the details about how you can change the dynamic tags.

Although the topic is under our byz146 (seo bundle) category and it mentions some of our addons, the notes themselves on how to change dynamic tags are generic vpasp and don't need any addons.

How can I set/change the title/description meta tags on my product/category/content pages? -
