In our website under merchandise review we don't have the ability to vet what reviews are been written. These reviews are accountable to no-one. They are written and uploaded without any authority. (review under die cast cars, Peter Brock first car).

We need to gain control over this area, any thoughts on how we can do this.

Hi,

you will need to go to your admin panel, Cart Setup and find the field xratingauthorize. Set this to Yes. You might also want to find the field xratingmailtomerchant and set this to Yes too so that you will know when someone submits a review.
