Hello - I'm trying to understand how to process a return of an item purchased with a gift certificate. How do I get the value of the item back on to the gift certificate? Simply cancelling the order paid by gift certificate does not restore the value of the gift certificate. I know I can manually update the value of the gift certificate, but that seems to defeat the gift certificate's usage statistics.
