Does the current version of VPASP allow me to delineate different Sales Tax rates WITHIN the same state (by Zip Code Range)? Specifically, I have to charge New York State Sales tax, but New York City (8.375%) is different from most of the rest of the state (8.25%).

I don't know if it helps, but I believe California has a single set sales tax specifically for Internet sales, regardless of county or city. Maybe New York has something similar?
