Can a customer simply buy without having to create an account? I know this turns me off when I am shopping.
Cheers

OK, so I figured that one out... now can anyone help me with flat-rate shipping please? My test orders are told they're from an invalid country... any assistance appreciated

If your customer does not create an account, then how can you bill and ship products to the customer? |

Hi... when customer clicks Check-out, instead of being prompted to either login-in or create an account, it goes straight to name, address, shipping address etc. VPASP creates an account from these details, but the customer never knows that. A cookie will populate all those fields if they shop again from the same PC. If from another PC, they can enter them again & get another (invisible) account.
This is one less step to turn customers off. When I shop online, all I want is to see a total owing before I give any details (i.e. before I decide to buy). Once the helpdesk (Hello!) sort out my fixed-price shipping, I hope to have that displayed in shopping cart, before checkout commences.
