I think the present build has option to send individual product inquiry - but how abt the ability to send/email the entire cart ( with as many product added) as a inquiry. Like how we generally have"Add to Cart" we could simply have a "Add to Inquiry" option.

The Cart can also otherwise have the option to checkout + send Enquiry button as well
