hi!
I am having some problems changing the look and feel of the email received by the merchant, with the customer and shi0pment details "tmp_merchantemail".
I want to replace the tmp_merchantemail.txt file for a tmp_merchantemail.htm, allowing a bespoke formatting.
the email format set as a default is a tmp_merchantemail.txt
but, when I create a HTM file, and put it up, the content is updated, but no HTM formatting comes up.
I have already set the xmerchantemail (Shop Configuration
) to tmp_merchantemail.htm
no formatting changes have occurred.
i need help. thanks
