Each product in the admin product list should have a flag that indicates that a discount group applies.
Otherwise it is difficult to tell which products are discounted at a glance.
Also settings should be categorized by store function and in a category tree. The settings are too scattered as they are. Categories should be real terms such as discounts, prices, payments, terms (phrases?), shipping, translation, etc. Get rid of the languages and international titles for categories.
