Here are some quick suggestions to improve 6.5.
Why does Customer Service - Change Address details include setting password when it’s not required… but looks as if it is?
Join mailing list should be unchecked by default
Customer Information page - Shipping Method should be moved up to Billing Information where it is seen as required instead of as an option.
Also why have a check box for copy billing details to shipping when billing details are used as the shipping details by default?
