While I testing VPasp on my website, at the end of the order process I received the following error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a005e'

Invalid use of Null: 'clng'

/shopstock.asp, line 59

Why I received this error message ?

Hi,

I think you are getting this error message as the server tries to complete the low stock e-mail to a supplier. If you don't want suppliers to get a low stock message then go to Cart Setup and set xstocklowemail to No. If you do want suppliers to get a low stock warning e-mail then you will have to go to your Admin --> Cart Setup and find the field xstocklow. Confirm that this field is blank (eg don't write 'null' in this field) then reload your configuration and try a test order again. If this does not work I think you should contact the support helpdesk.

Carrol

Thanks Carfin,

I find that the error probably is due because I had 1 product with no Stock in the field "Stock" in the "Pricing and Stock Control" panel.

Regards,
Luca
