I need to change same text in the customer registration form because is not well translate in my language (Italian).
I need also to create a new Keyword "langcustfirstname2".
I'd like to know which is the file (?.asp, ?.html) I need to edit in order to add the keyword.
I will appreciate your help, thanks. |

In the admin interface, go to "Everyday Tasks" > "Edit Tables" > select the "languages" table...
Search for the caption you wish to change and amend it accordingly.
To add a new record, hit "Add a record" at the top left and create your new record.
To display the new record on the relevant page, edit the relevant template and put [getlang langcustfirstname2] where you want the new caption you created to appear.
Regards

Hi,
the customer registration form does not use a template. It uses a code sub routine called Sub ShopCustomerForm which can be found if you open the file shopcustomerform.asp in a text or html editor.
Find the line: CreateCustRow getlang("langCustFirstname"), "strfirstname", strfirstname,"Yes"
You can change the langCustFirstname to your new language record langCustFirstname2 if required.
