We do have items on our site that we do not wish to appear on the front end of the website. I went into the admin the other day and tried to search for all the hidden items we have but everything that I tried didn't return any results, even though I know we have a lot of these hidden items.

In Product Search (Simple), I tried:

Selection criteria: Hide equals Yes (no result)
Selection criteria: Hide equals True (no result)

What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Hi,

do the search through the advanced search. Just type in the following code into the Query Statement box and click display:

SELECT * from products Where hide = True order by catalogid ASC

I'm not exactly sure why you cannot find hidden products from the simple search facility.
