Hi,

We seem to be having a recurring problem with coupons.

When someone creates a coupon either manually or using the points system, it isn't always accepted even though the expiry date is 365 days in the future.

For example the coupon Points-01100-8290 has been created by a customer with an expiry date of 11/11/2009. However if you try to use the coupon the error "Coupon expired 11/11/2009" is shown to the user.

I've put this problem to the help desk, but I just thought maybe someone else had had the same problem.

Update:

All fixed now - thanks Frank @ support.

They changed the shopcoupons file.

I wonder if file that vpasp support modify, in this case the shopcoupon file, will be available to all VP-ASP customers.
