My client is using VPASP 6.50 Deluxe and is experiencing cases where order details are not being recorded for a processed order. Basically, customers order stock from the store, pay for the items after being redirected to the the relevant payment site (i.e. PayPal) and receive the order successful confirmation (including the order number/ref).
Everything seems to be fine, but when the order is viewed in the store admin, the only recorded information is:
* Order no
* IP Address
* Product total
* Currency & rate
As you can imagine, the store cannot deliver the goods if there is no details for the customer (i.e. id, name, address, payment type etc). My client is only made aware of the delivery details etc when the customer phones and rages!
This scenario is only happening in small instances (i.e. the majority of orders are processed successfully with all details recorded).
Is this a known bug or could someone please advise me on what to check. Many thanks.
