I'm trying to set up a new site which uses weightrange shipping.

The problem is I can't get it to calculate the correct shipping.

I've entered all the details in a new shipping methods table which is referenced seperately.

Does anyone know enough about it to help me.

I've contacted the helpdesk but they are passing it on to the development team as they have done some work for the site which has caused this problem.

The issue is I don't know when they will be able to do the work and I need it done asap.
