Hi, I'm getting the following message:

DODB.Connection error '800a0e78'

Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.

/shop$db.asp, line 1423

I ran diag_dbtest.asp but I get three fails

Any Clues?

Also how easy is it to transfer from access to excel, can i export and then just import the info or does it need to be added manually

Need to have read + write permission on the folder where your database resides in or else the user will not be able to access the database.

Contact your host and ask them to enable read+write for IUSR account.
