 500 Error Importing Customers		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

I am getting the following error when attempting to upload customers.txt:

"500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

I don't understand why it will not import, I exported this file from vpasp cart - why will the cart not accept it's own file?

Did you change the delimiter (";" to "," for example) during export?
You might notice (and this is true of 5.5; I've just purchased 6.5 but haven't converted yet) that when you EXPORT the file, the delimiter is set to ";" whereas on the import the delimiter is "," so that may part of your problem.
