Lot's of easy little steps. And I'll probably forget something. But #1 is the MOST important.
1. If the client still wants to capture credit cards in the cart and then process those offline manually, then write up some sort of liability release document or something so if they get hacked and all those stored credit cards get stolen, you are not held liable.
2. Edit SHOP$CONFIG.ASP
const xcheckout = "shopcheckout.asp"
3. In the Admin Console, go to the Setup tab, Payments. Depending on requirements, you should be able to figure out the fields on that screen.
4. Either VP-ASP or Big Yellow Zone offer an add-on to remove credit card info after processing. Check that out.
