I have had 3 orders that did not show the shipping cost on the invoice but it sent the shipping cost with the order thought the gateway for payment.

Where do i start looking for this problem?

The gateway is linkpoint API 6 and the shipping is USPS. There is about 5 to 10 orders process each day. The Cart is 6.50 and all patches have been istalled.
