No it doesn't use a template, it uses a form

Hi,

sorry it doesn't use a form, it's a table.

You can modify this table in shop.css
/* Customer service and Affiliate service page (shopcustadmin.asp,shopaffadmin.asp) */
table.customerservice { ....

or you can customise the menu items in shopcustadmin.asp
