In the shopmaillist.asp, there are only 4 fields,
First Name , * Last Name , * Email and Remove from mailing list.

I want to add one more field "Free wall paper download" and box to tick it.

Is there any way I can add one more field?

I would be interested in adding some fields.
Does Anyone have any information on this?
