You could set up a discount record and use the special offer field of the product record to show this in the cart

I have setup discount in quantity discounts section,,, and what should i give in special offer field of the product.

Hi,

if you just add text like: 25% off original price in the product's special offer field. This will be displayed in the cart and you will see the original price in brackets displayed too next to the discounted price
