 Problem with CyberSource Gateway		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

Guys, We've followed all directions getting the CyberSource Gateway installed and we are getting the following errors. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Credit card transaction failed with code 0
The field is invalid: customer_cc_number

Please help!

More details if it helps. If I have "Encryption" turned on in the VPASP Admin console, we get the error above. If we turn it off, we get past that error and get another error:

Credit card transaction failed with code 0
We encountered a Vital problem: Card type verification error

We are using a very valid American Express card.

We do have "xcvndisplay" set to "yes".
