Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas about adding a field to the orders table that would allow trash orders to be stored. Eg. we would like to continue marking completed orders as being processed, but trash orders we would like to mark as trash so we can keep them for a little while before deleting them while keeping things neat.

Any ideas?

Add another field to orders. Make it a checked box. If checked show Yes or Trash. I have done this for accting. As such I have a checkbox that I check if I want to export to Quickbooks. Once it has exported it, it then shows Yes. Something just like the processed checkbox. In fact I used most of the code already in VPASP.

We already have a hacker and a canceled field in the orders table. Both are currently not used by us

thanks for that, but how do we make orders that are marked as trash hidden on shopa_displayorders.asp? eg so we can sort by: all orders, processed, unprocessed and trash? and only display unprocessed by default?
