Could someone help me figure out why after 5 to 6 minuets (or less) of working with the VPASP Shopping Cart Control Panel I get "kicked"out and have to relogin? I am not able to get much work done this way! thanks! and dose anyone know why this topic moved from the "problems and bus" Forums to to this!!! LOL

Hi,

Check the value of your xsessiontimeout under Set-up Advanced. I believe the default vaue is 10 minutes and they do not recommend going over 20.

this is a well known issue of which there at elast 3 different solutions availble and a couple of them paid modules to resolve ........o search on the forums you will plenty threads ...someone should do a FAQ its tsat common a question

The easiest way to fix this is to ask your host to extend the default time out for your site in IIS to 20 minutes.

By default the time out is 5 minutes in IIS and needs to be manually extended.
