cant quite get my head round the beneifits of marking orders as failed in admin .

It seems if you do a sales summary report it includes these failed orders , in effect providing false sales summary , providing confusion ( to me anyways )

if you re marking some of your orders as faile , why are you doing it ...what the beneifits ?

Heres me grave digging again ....

Just wondering what the real point is of the FAILED orders tickbox in admin

Wouldnt it ben handy if it autoemailed people after you tick it saying ," sorry this order failed please call us for help or something along those lines " now that ould help to ctreate sales !
