Hi,
it really depends on what kind of function you want to perform on the field from the products table. You can either use JavaScript in the template file to achieve what you need, or VBScript in Sub ExdOpenRecordSet (RS) in the file shopexd.asp (not advisable unless you really know what you are doing). VP-ASP support does specific custom coding at good rates, just ask them for a quote.
