I do not have many products and I want to control the order of Category, Subcategory and Products to be displayed.
Beside adding a new customized order number field to the table and specifying it as a sort field, is any way that I can switch the order of the Category, Subcategory and Products the way I want?

In the online config you can specify how products, categories and sub categories are sorted by inserting the field you want to set the order into the following.

In the products 1 section:

xsortcategories
xsortproducts

in the Advanced section:
xsortsubcategories

I believe and i could be wrong that the xsortsubcategories only works if you have the cart set in old category mode.
