When we open our homepage the header and left navigation bar shows up twice. After you select a product or categorie the second (inner most) header dissappears and everything is back to normal.

Look at http://www.prodigit.be/collecta_site.jpg for an example

Go to view/edit content
select the home page and at the bottom select the use as homepage choice and update, that usually fixes it.
