I don't have enough knowledge or time to properly customize our store layout.

I know what I want, which is fairly basic.

Any suggestions about who I might contact?

Invest in a reputable programmer/company who can be held accountable. If you search this forum you would see some horror stories so be careful in who you select or contract.

A couple of quick suggestions: 1) VPASP of course does customization and 2) HK Programming (www.hkprog.com) is the original author of the software.

I've just used HK Programming and can say I am very satisfied. Quick and extremely fair! This was for operation/code changes, not look/style formatting.
