I just found a piece of free software that searches for any text string in a directory on your computer. In short you can search for anything you like in the entire vpasp directory on your computer to find the snippet of code you were looking for. I know this will save me days of coding and a couple tech supporet requests a year - so I thought I'd share and make others happy too.

macromedia dreamweaver and edit plus has this functionality by default as well

I use Agent Ransack as my search helper.
However it's Windows only ... bummer

DW has a tendency to fubar asp files if U forget and open them in View mode Duh...
