How To Sort shipping in Descending Order?

Hi There

This is our shop customer page :

At the bottom you can see that * Shipping Method is in drop down boxes and its displaying in ascending order

We want to display in descending order.... such as like that

# UK Postage (Free)
# Rest of the World
# European Postage

Can any one tell me that how can we acheive that ?
