I know this is probably an easy one. But how do I reorder my Category in my left navigation. Right now it is Alph and I need it to be custom.

This configuration is stored on xsortcategories, from your shop configuration.
you can change this field value into category field name

Thanks Yudevan That worked great.

Another question. I am trying to edit this line of copy in my shopping cart "Order Comments and Special Requests" it appears on the shopcustomer.asp but I am not sure where that copy is generated. Thanks for your time.

Go in your Control Panel to the Occasional Task, International, Edit Language.
There search for the phrase using a criteria Caption, equal, or search for number 95. You will get the langcreate06.
There you will find the phrase you are looking for and can chage, or edit.
