Hi,
My products were setup to have tax included and give the item costs and tax on checkout, separating the amount for tax and item. My problem is that when customers wanted to buy gift certificate, on checkout page, the gift certificate amount will be separated, showing how much is the tax and how much is the gift certificate costs. This is not suppose to happen on gift certificate because it should be the exact amount. Also, it will charge customers for shipping and handling which is not suppose to happen because gift certificate will be sent through email.
