Just had an order come through where the customer has ordered a product that is hidden?

Does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere that makes it impossible to order a hidden product (even from a saved cart or wishlist).

Thanks

Hi Steve,

I've had this problem too - customers ordering hidden products from a wishlist. The way I stopped this was to have xcheckstocklevel = Yes (unless I'm running a pre-order promotion) and any time I make a product hidden I make sure that cstock is set to zero. Or you could be really sneaky and remove the product from the customer's wishlist products (in the savedcarts table)

I am having this issue right now... the products are hidden, but they are still indexed by Google and bringing in orders (we do not use stock levels as we are a manufacturer and usually have stock or make it on demand).

Anyway to keep hidden items hidden??
