VP-ASP customer service provides a central point for customers to perform shopping and non-shopping services. These include:

• Changing address details
• Reviewing previous orders
• Buying a gift certificate
• Redeeming a gift certificate
• Joining you mailing list
• Obtain forgotten password
• Redeeming a discount coupon
• Redeeming points rewards

Customer Service Center is Expandable

The merchant can easily add additional services specific to the shop and VP-ASP will automatically expand the menu and generate hyperlinks to your own HTML pages. The service center code is in the "shopcustadmin.asp" file. The Developer's Guide shows you how to add additional hyperlinks to your own HTML or ASP pages to the default menus.

The menus change automatically as you turn on different VP-ASP options.
